Meet Our Team
A Master Mariner/ Senior Captain with over 20 years’ experience in the LNG sector and 15 years operating and managing LNG/FSRU Ships. As a Senior Captain he oversaw overall responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of an entire vessel including cargo operations, navigation and crew management, as well as responsibility of ensuring and overseeing that all International Regulations, Flag State Requirements and Internal Policies were properly implemented. He has a passion for optimizing all processes onboard and has tested and validated a broad range of technologies that have entered the market to date. His in-depth knowledge facilitates the trust that any prospective client would require to support their vision.
Has over 10 years’ experience in the LNG Sector. He has sailed on both LNGC and FSRUs in the position of Chief Officer, where he gained extensive experience onboard such vessels. From 2019 until 2022, he has held the position of Vessel Operation Manager, having managed the daily operations of both LNG and FSRU carriers for a major shipping company. Part of this role entailed: conducting shore compatibility studies between vessels and terminals (with more than 300 compatibility studies carried out for both LNGC and FSRU); participating in compatibility studies for newly established FSRU projects; overseeing the day-to-day operations of vessels and reporting to clients; quality control of safety and navigational policies; participating in internal accidents investigation; maintaining relationships with clients worldwide.
A qualified attorney with experience in project coordination of large Maritime R&D projects. Her education includes a Master’s in Business Administration from the International University of Monaco, and an LL.B from the University of Witwatersrand. She has successfully coordinated and closed two European Commission (EC) funded projects, including the implementation of technical tasks, assuring adherence to all legal agreements and overseeing all reporting to the EC. She has a keen interest in the Grant and Tender submission process and is supported therein by a strong and accomplished team.
Our Head of Engineering with 25 years' experience in product and software design, development and integration. Dr Powell has a PhD in Quantum Physics (University of Sheffield), and 8 years’ engineering experience with the UK Ministry of Defence (MBDA). In the last decade Jas has worked with start-up teams from San Francisco, Tel Aviv, Milan and Cyprus, specialising in both the rapid prototyping of early market concepts and the cybersecurity required to maintain product safety and security. Jas is interested in new technologies that can solve real world challenges and delivering those products to end users.
Data & Growth Manager specializing in technology projects, with a strategic focus on data and artificial intelligence usage. He has over 5 years of experience leading teams in companies, developing strategies aimed at impacting and scaling projects and companies in the energy, technology, financial, and communication sectors. His most relevant achievements include surpassing breakeven, annual growths of up to x4, successful structuring of highly effective growth teams, and the development of new business ventures based on data analysis that have had a significant impact on business models.
